Burleigh Cinema: Surf Film Night

Burleigh Cinema: Surf Film Night

Self Discovery for Social Survival is a new surf film that pairs 16 surfers (including local legend Stephanie Gilmore) in the world’s most jaw-dropping surfing locations with eight experimental musicians who create an original, epic live score to the wave.

Filmed in Mexico, the Maldives and Iceland in three separate vignettes, the film embarks on a journey that combines a symbiotic relationship between the music and the waves, the environment and local culture.

Grab your mates and head to Burleigh Cinema at Burleigh Brewing for this fresh new surf film showcasing the hottest soundtrack around.

Enjoy Burleigh Brewing’s world class craft beers, popcorn, live music and more under the stars on the big outdoor screen.
