Thursday 26 July from 6pm – Burleigh Brewing Co., 2 Ern Harley Way, Burleigh

Burleigh Brewing is turning it up a notch with a brand new outdoor cinema at the Brewery!

Kicking off on Thursday 26 July, Burleigh Brewing will transform into an outdoor cinema under the stars on the last Thursday of every month. We’ve put together an epic program of cult classics and film favourites, to be screened alongside short films from local filmmakers.

The first cab off the rank is cult comedy, SUPERBAD.

Best friends Seth (Jonah Hill) and Evan (Michael Cera) want nothing more than to lose their virginity before they head off to college. To do that, though, they need to get liquor for the big party that night. With the help of their friend Fogell, a.k.a. McLovin (Christopher Mintz-Plasse), and his fake I.D., the three of them go on a hilarious chase for that elusive booze, dodging incompetent cops (Seth Rogen and Bill Hader), angry neighbours and jealous boyfriends.

Comedy short film TEMPTATION by local filmmakers Kate Ingram and James Nicholson with screen before the film.

An epic outdoor cinema experience while drinking world class craft beer? We can’t think of anything better!

Grab your friends, bring a blanket and get ready for movie night at the brewery. Tickets are just $15 in advance, including a schooner of Burleigh Brewing beer.

Catch the launch of Burleigh Brewing’s outdoor cinema on Thursday 26th July, 2018. For all the info and to book tickets, head to http://burleighbrewing.com.au/visit-us/.
